They emailed an offer for 10% off men’s healthcare. I put some items in my trolley and added the offer code getting the message “(code) applied - discount will be given at checkout.” When I completed the checkout I noticed I had been charged full price. When I queried this I was told the code didn’t apply to the products I had bought despite the website telling me it had been applied and would show at checkout. I asked to cancel the order and refund me but apparently they had already been dispatched. The customer service guy tried to be helpful with the offer of a future discount but I’m not sure I’d use them again. Might be a genuine website error but it feels like a con.
