Made a mistake on the order, entered wrong delivery address on one of the orders. As this is an online company it was frustrating trying to get to them to rectify before sending out the order. After sheer frustration i emailed them and recieved a prompt reply from Alison and Chris to say that this was amended. Thank you for that. Delivered on time. i have knocked off one star as i do like to talk to a person at the end of the line instead of email. but otherwise all good
