I purchased Nood for my facial hair and underarms. My skin and hair color fit the description of being an ideal candidate. And, I am aware that each person is different; this is my experience. I read the instructions many times because I really wanted this to work. After about 6-weeks, I wasn’t getting the results that I thought I would - definitely not seeing enough change to approach ‘hair free in 8 weeks’. I did reach out to customer service - Kaye was very timely with a response and very helpful in answering my questions. She gave suggestions for better results - one being to use Nood every other day for ‘stubborn’ hair (which I have), and two, always shave right before use. I had been shaving in the morning and using Nood in the evening and that is too much time between the shave and the zap. With only about 1 week remaining in my trial, I started using the device per my new instructions. Right up to the last day before I could no longer return Nood, I have started seeing results - slower grow back between uses, mainly. I decided to keep going with the treatment since I’m finally noticing progress after 10-weeks. So, overall a 4 because of the lack of clarity in shaving right before use and that it could be used every other day for stubborn hair. I would recommend reaching out to customer service earlier in your trial time if you’re not seeing results. And, I am really pleased that customer service is so attentive. Honestly that was a factor in me keeping Nood, so thank you, Kaye, for your assistance. I’m much more optimistic that Nood may work.
