The device was shipped quickly and for a fair price... if it worked. I have dark hair and fair skin, which according to the chart should be the most effective. I've used the device for 6 months consistently on three areas, and I have not noticed a reduction in hair growth or anything. I kept using it, hoping that would change, but one day the device just wouldn't turn on. I tried several different outlets, but it has completely stopped working altogether. Since it is outside the 90 day window (in which I did not see results but opted to keep trying), I can no longer get a refund, even when the product won't turn on. Save your money- from the performance of this product it seems many of these reviews must be incentivized.
