I received my device and bottles the beginning of September. I very carefully read the directions several times. Stated the trail on level one. Got to number 3 and forgot so i had to start over at one again. Started over and for 11 weeks I've faithfully did this twice a week after finding the correct level. I still hang the same amount and thickness I did before I started.
Don't waste your time or your $250.
