I have fair skin and dark hair... should be a perfect candidate. I have tried other brands of home IPL (Braun) which worked for me. But Nood didn't seem to work at all. If there was any reduction of hair it wasn't noticeable. Disappointed... I will probably re-buy the Braun one that worked for me.
