I'm fairly certain, at this point, that this company is a scam. My husband bought me one for Christmas, purchased on 12-10, and it still has not arrived. Further, NO ONE in customer service answers messages via email or via social media. They took our money, and not an insignificant amount, and will not provide any assurances that the product will come. Because I can't get a hold of a human being, we're likely going to have to go through charge back with our bank, which is a huge hassle. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this product.
