Once I bought a pair of protection eyewear I was much more comfortable. It’s important that you don’t try and push your pain tolerance. It doesn’t make the process any faster. The auto feature is the way to go. Much more efficient. I’ve only completed week 1 so I can’t speak on results but I can say it’s user friendly and easy to use.
