The power button stopped working right after the one year warranty ran out. Literally just broke sitting in the box and Nood's customer service is not following up on this defect. It is useless if you can't keep using it as it doesn't permanently remove hair, you have to keep using it because hair does come back. It just sort of beats the hair back for a time.
