I have so far just done the test. I tested at level one which I did not feel. I tested at level two which I felt and ended up feeling like level three was appropriate for me. This indicates that it is powerful. I have done laser hair removal at a treatment center and I feel like this is pretty much the same thing except I get to do it at home.
