Honestly, I’m only three weeks in and I think the product is cool. But my 4-stars is based on my initial experience with not receiving my package because it was “discontinued” but I didn’t get a single email telling me why I didn’t get my flasher. I had to reach out to you guys in order to get any kind of explanation, but I never even got an apology or admission of fault. I work in Marketing and Communications, and that could have been handled much better.
