I learned the hard way that the Eraser requires a gentle touch. It’s been one week since I tried the Eraser for the first time and my lower leg is still a bit scabbed over. The tissue is pink and flaking and I am hoping I haven't scared myself. I followed the instructions and read the documentation before hand, but underestimated the exfoliating power of this thing. My advise: be GENTLE. It was a little tricky navigating the instruction to use on dry skin, while rinsing the Eraser as needed to remove skin and hair buildup. Only shaking the Eraser off after a quick rinse, created more friction and removed layers of skin I’d rather have kept, but blotting the Eraser on a towel picked up quite a bit of lint, which wasn't helpful either. I’ll emphasize: Both the tool and skin should be dry. Haven’t solved the lint issue. Once I got the hang of it, using light, gentle, circular-ish strokes moving up the leg, I was generally satisfied with the results. I have found that I need to moisturize more agressively after use of the Eraser, however. Photo: My right leg, still scabbed and healing. Left leg, after having used the Eraser twice, with a gentler touch. Needs another round already.
