Delivery has been a mess. I ordered my kit at black Friday and still have not received my serum to get started. 20 days after still waiting for the serum that they did not say until i asked that they ran out of stock. Bad communication mechanisms. All my excitement for the product is gone because of this initial experience…not sure what to expect when the serum gets here. Its very disappointing
