The swim instructor was great, but unfortunately she was the only positive thing about the experience. The facilities at Corsham First Step Gym are awful (very hard to change baby and self safely). When I requested a refund due to myself having PND and my baby’s naps no longer fitting with the timings of the lessons, I was refused as I was “holding a place in a class that was fully booked”. Overall, incredibly disappointing for a class that is supposed to cater to babies, children and their parents.
