I have no reason to ever give you a bad review. Occasionally, about once in two years, there might be a bit of bruised fruit, and NOT because it has been put in like that, but from transit. Whilst your couriers do a wonderful service, I also know that life happens, even to fruit and that the lovely staff at Twisted Citrus take great care in picking and packing. When this misfortune happens there is never a problem in putting it right. Considering that you send from north to south island, your service is truly amazing and worth every piece of fruit once a month for more years than I can remember, in fact I think it is pre covid. Keep on keeping on with the fabulous fruit. Anne
