It’s too soon to say whether these supplements are beneficial, I’ve only been taking them a week or so. The tablets are huge and hard to swallow - one dose is 5 tablets so it’s not a pleasant experience. The packaging is not recyclable and the product was delivered in a box full of polystyrene chips. On the plus side, ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Can’t rate the product higher than 2 stars at present.
