After 2 days of power cuts, one planned, one unplanned, I'd like to thank Power Networks for all the updates i received for both days, January 22nd and 23rd,the updates kept me informed on both days ,at regular intervals, and also the young lady who spoke to me on the phone Monday morning when we had our first cut,she was very polite, friendly and informed me of when we should get our power back on..thankyou for your ist class service,,
