I went online today to order uniform for my daughter starting hairdressing at college in September, and when ordering the trousers, a size 6 option didn't come up. I used the chat function - which was very quick and easy, and Laura and Jenna helped me and sorted the solution - very friendly - great customer service. All ordered and hoping delivery etc is as great.
