I called the other day asking about some colour values for some of your products. Although an unusual request, and the information wasn't available to her, Tonia Wilson made sure to contact one of Dencowear's suppliers to ascertain the information I requested. She also contacted me after a couple of days had passed to let me know she hadn't forgotten about me. I am a designer and I really needed the information Tonia provided, so now in turn I have a very happy customer of my own! So thanks for all your help Tonia, it was really appreciated!
