After making a complaint about my missing delivery, the complaint was finally dealt with by Tonia Wilson. Tonia kept me up to date with regular feedback and responded to all of my emails. She was extremely helpful and friendly in her approach and managed to resolve the problem with the delivery company. I now have my missing parcel and I am happy with my purchase. The scrubs will be so much more comfortable than the tunics that I have been wearing in this hot weather.
