I placed an order on 23/8/22 which was delivered today 1/8/22. Unfortunately one of the items was faulty. I phoned customer service and spoke to Enya who was extremely helpful. Within ten minutes of my call she had sent me a postage paid label to return the faulty item. The replacement is being express delivered to me as well. Thank you Enya.
