I had an issue with the swatch that the logo was embroidered onto. I spoke to Tonia on the telephone who was a superstar and addressed the concern straightaway. When I contacted Tonia again via email to see if the new swatches had been dispatched, again Tonia responded with speed and efficiency. Tonia has been a superstar and I am grateful for her support.
