I ordered from Dencowear Ltd. and paid extra for express delivery which on the website stated would be next day. There was no confirmation email of my order. My order finally arrived just under 4 weeks later. By this time I had bought from an alternative company. There was no communication that the order would be delayed. I returned the items and did get a refund however again communication regarding this was poor. I was not made aware that the items had been recieved or that a refund had been made. Im aware that it has been a difficult and busy time recently however I feel that communication with customers could be improved.
