Reluctantly, I will give three stars. I am ore leaning on the side of 2. Our first order had to go through a multitude of emails in order to get proper pricing even after shipping was waived, tax exempt status given, and discounts being applied to orders. Second order was smoother however similar issues. Only saving grace was the speed.
