Ordered a pair of hemmed pants. Pants arrived unhemmed. I asked for a shipping label to return. I received two emails saying I couldnt return hemmed pants. I had at least 6 email and phone exchanges before the problem was solved. I was told a manager would call me; she never did. The initial order was also missing a polo shirt.
