The company needs to have a better way to communicate with the customer. I should not have to wait 5-7 days to get a response from after sales on why I’m receiving two different types of blue shirts and why I received multiple times a dark navy blue and light blue shirts. As if uniforms warehouse do not know exactly what color blue shirts are offered. It’s sad and a pathetic headache to constantly have to call to ask why I’m mailed multiple different type of navy blue shirt that no sales person can explain to me or the difference between the two navy blue shirts. As an result of waiting for 5-7 days to hear from after
sales to call me back. I have decided not to purchase or conduct any new business with uniform warehouse in the future.
