Received first order promptly. Ordered 3x needed 2x. Paid for free returns. All good up to this point. Return protocol is not good. Sent items back. It took 12 days from the time they arrived back at the facility till they sent replacement items. This is after I called 2 times. Then I was advised I should have just returned the items and ordered new ones. Jay acted helpful but definitely did not really care.
