My husband and I ordered Uniform pants. We both love the quality and the fit. However, when I received my package I only received 1 pair of pants. When I contact the company the young lady was pleasant but had to refer me through email to someone else. Once I received the email from the lady in charge of the order i felt insulted. She email me stating a 4lb box was shipped and a 4lb would include 2 pants. So in other words she called me a liar. I explained in the reply email and I called back customer service that my 1 pair of woman pants was not I'm a box is was packaged in a bag. However, that was my only bad experience. The pants were replaced and we are pleased with them
