Awful customer service. I received the product that I specifically asked to be hemmed to 32 length. It had to be close to a 36 length and nearly dragging on the floor while I wore boots. If I had not been wearing boots, it absolutely would be dragging. I reached out to return the pants and was told that I would have to pay to return them....even though it was their mistake. The only other option would be to have a local tailor make adjustments and I would supposedly receive a refund for that part. The only problem is that I have tried now twice (via email) to get a follow-up on how that would work and received no communication. I'd recommend buying elsewhere.
