I had an awful experience working with Richard and Emma .It started off very well but ended fucked up .I was being asked for additional money after already paying into this. I had to go back and change things on ny own that I payed them to for .And when it came time to publishing the book they wanted more money ,so I asked for the ISBN number so that I could self publish ,they refused to give it to me .I Also asked for my book cover file and up to this day no contact or my original file that I paid for .I would like a refund of all monies paid. I am very unhappy with the Urban Book Publishers.
