The whole process of getting my J1 visa was full of a lot of twists turns and questions, and when emailing for help the team were speedy and very helpful in their responses. Sadly as I had to cancel my trip due to family illness, Erin Hunter in particular was very kind and helpful towards me. I was thankfully able to receive a refund and even offered to use my deposit should it be possible to do a j1 next year instead. I’m very satisfied with all the help I received along the way and will certainly use USIT again if I’m able to go next year!
