Having tried and failed to resolve this with V3, I’ve been left with no choice but to write a negative review. Goods that I ordered mid November never arrived, numerous requests for a refund ignored, communication only to blame Royal mail and offer discount off future purchases. Pointless when your first purchase never made it!! Order with caution.
