Very disappointed. I ordered an XL FP polo. You confirmed the XL order. The polo that arrived was a L but a order slip showing XL. I tried calling and emailing you numerous times over the next 10 days but no answer from you. I returned the item, at my own cost, requesting that you correct your error but all you did was refund my card for the polo but no refund on the postage ( tracked signed for delivery). Do you think that is fair / good service?
