Disappointed! My husband got me a pair of UGG boots from this website. It was delivered from Australia and took longer than was expected. When i got the order right boot is faulty, the fur is way much shorter and look very different than the left one. He contacted customer service but with no success. If i send a return i will lose 10% from the refund according to their return policy which is not fair, since is not my fault what happened. So i ordered a pair of UGG boots which looks awful ( wish i could attach pictures). Very disappointed and never ever ordering again from this website!! Pay a lot of money for items that they are not genuine. He contacted customer service and they asked him to pay for the return label. 1) they dont say anywhere that they are shipping from Australia 2) you need to pay for their mistakes .
