**Beware** this company is located in Australia, even though they appear to be in the UK. I ordered Ugg boots on 3rd December. Tracking information states that they were posted from Australia on 4th December. It’s now 14th December and the boots still haven’t arrived. Tracking information from Australia post states that they have been stuck in Sydney then I’ve had tracking information from Royal Mail that states they were shipped from Australia on 4th December but still haven’t arrived in the UK. 🤷‍♂️ I’ve contacted their customer services who just keep telling me that they “should” arrive before Xmas. They’ve refused to cancel the order and issue a refund
