On arrival I was welcomed by receptionist who asked if I wanted a drink after waiting a short time (I was early ) the nurse introduced herself and took me to consulting room where I met with consultant, both he and the nurse were very friendly and informative explaining scan and results before discussing treatment that was suitable for me .
I was very impressed and made to feel at ease throughout my appointment
