A very friendly greeting and I was offered coffee. All the staff that I met were extremely friendly and helpful. The consultant was knowledgeable, efficient, answered all of my questions and provided all of the ncessary information I needed to make a decision about treatment. I would recomnmend them to anyone considering treatment options.
