All staff were very professional and friendly
Directions to the Vein centre could be clearer. A few people made the same mistake-they left the car park and was wandering up and down the high street.
Perhaps you could state Do not leave car park. Make your way to wine bar out side seating and the veincetre building is just by it. There are other company's in the same building.
