The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. She could not have been nicer. The nurse was as equally pleasant, particularly when I explained that, although I was not worried in any way, I always seem to become nervous when things are not under my control. She very quickly put me at my ease. The doctor, too, as well as being polite welcoming and reassuring, explained the procedure and treatment clearly and
concisely. All in all, a very satisfactory episode.
