This was an appointment for an assessment / examination. It was very easy to book, and at the appointment the receptionist, nurse and consultant vascular surgeon (Mr Marcus Brooks) were friendly and efficient. Mr Brooks very clearly explained things during the duplex scan examination and gave a very clear explanation about the choices of treatment, and helpfully suggested what he felt was the best way to proceed. I felt very reassured during and following the appointment because the team were so professional and friendly, and because I have had explained a clearly worked out plan.
