All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only problem was, my early morning appointment got changed to a late afternoon appointment at short notice resulting in me losing mine and my husband's train tickets that I'd booked and a wasted hotel booking for the night before. This was not down to the dr. And staff at Newcastle but from head office.
