I attended the Hull clinic. From the lady in reception opening the door for me I was welcomed . The lady in reception was very kind and friendly. A calming smile . She explained everything and offered refreshments. The nurse that came though was again faultless . Kind . Warm and welcoming . My Dr explain the process . And examined my vein . Which was not stressful . . Over all my experience was first class . The place is clean and very professional. I cannot wait for my treatment in August
