I had agreed a change of package after a call lasting 1 hour. I had moved on to “Can I help you with anything else?” when I suddenly got disconnected. I thought I deal with ‘anything else’ later.
When nothing had happened after I week I called back to find out that nothing was processed ‘because the call was disconnected’. No one called me back.
I waited then 50 min to get through to the sales team when I got mysteriously disconnected again during security clearing - I had pointed out to the initial call handler what had happened who was very apologetic. No one called back this time either.
I waited another 50 minutes on a third call to go through the entire change of contract again.
On the second call I was promised I will get a call back from a virgin media support worker in 48 hours. I am waiting for this call to happen.
