I've already bought two watches online (one Swiss Military and one Hilfiger Owen) and both times I had the straps adjusted first at Watch Republic in Alphaland and the second at Watch Republic Robinson's Manila. May I say that at both times I was given warm, prompt and friendly service for free. Salute to your staff in those branches! I am truly satisfied and will surely buy again soon!
