There was a problem with delivery of my order. I contacted Watson & Wolfe. Customer service was amazing, especially considering that it was during the run up to Christmas. Helen quickly arranged a replacement - which arrived very promptly. The wallet is perfect - excellent quality, which I am sure my vegan son will appreciate and love. Thank you.
