I paid £297 for several items. I automatically assumed all was dandy however there was a delivery issue. I am in United States and there is a standard safety protocol for the delivery company. Unfortunately I do not have what they are asking for and asked for alternative options or if not I'd need a refund. I left an email on Tuesday, expecting a timely response since the representatives have been very responsive. I did not receive a reply and gave a follow up on Thursday. I made two separate purchases on April 29, and May 4th. I still have not received any of the items.
