They responded quickly to my Thumbtack.com request and were very friendly. They offered to revamp my existing website for what was a reasonable price. Over a period of 5 months the site would be up and then back down. Never was I in control of the site. They continued to need more and more updates and money. After $12,000 my website is presently shut down by them because I have turned it over to a trustworthy team. This is why they are no longer on Thumbtack. Nothing but a horrible group of individuals who will scam you out of a lot of money. I am moving forward with a law suit against this alleged "business". They need to be shut down, penalized, and bankrupt!
