I am so glad - I went through webwed . I was told that the Phillipines would not accept online marriage especially utah . I was going through a company that was not in utah . My attorney told me it’s not legal . Then I went back to webwed to learn about their other states . I was married through a state not online . There wasn’t an ceremony required . Then I had ceremony in Philippines by mayor . Webwed stream
