The ceremony itself was fine and very convenient for my husband and I during the pandemic however the customer service is subpar in some areas. Though they respond quickly, I often felt like they weren’t really listening to my issues and some services that were paid for weren’t met as described in the package. Not worth the money if you can avoid it.
