We really appreciated JC's professionalism and kindness during our ceremony. We had a blast and she made it easy and positive. She even made it easy for some involved who were abroad but needed to be in the video conference and tech support was ready and on call. If you watch the video and read carefully, you'll be able to know what to purchase and then after you purchase, JC and her team responds quicker. The one gentle suggestion I make is to have someone dealing with phone calls as that was a bit scary at first when we were searching. Thank you!
